Meet Our Trainers

Nate Smith

Hi, my name is Nate. I grew up in Baxter, Minnesota on a small hobby farm. Growing up I always enjoyed staying active. I was in track and field for 6 years starting at age 12 and got into lifting weights at age 14. After high school I joined the Marine Corps, where I served 5 years active duty as an Arabic linguist and designed lifting programs for my platoon. I left the military in 2019 and went on to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Iowa in the Spring of 2022. While earning my degree, I became certified for Personal Training through ACE Fitness and began training clients for the University of Iowa’s Campus Recreation and Wellness Center. I currently live in Lisbon with my wife Nicole and 1-year-old son Samuel. I am passionate about fitness and helping others get on an enjoyable exercise routine that they will look forward to and that will keep them healthy for years to come.

Casey Allen

Hi there, my name is Casey Allen. I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer. I am a recent graduate of Cornell College with a BA in Kinesiology Exercise Science and a BA in Business Management. I have dedicated 16 years to the sport of wrestling, earning 5th at Nationals in my collegiate career and plan to take advantage of another year of eligibility from COVID to compete in the 22′-23′ season. I currently live in Mount Vernon and spend my free time playing disc golf, training hard for the upcoming wrestling season, and assisting my brother build our wellness company Pinnacle Supplementation. I have a strong passion for helping others achieve both their health and performance goals. I also truly believe in committing time to invest in one’s self to enhance their overall well-being that will pay their bodies dividends in the years to come.
