Meet Our Trainer

Colt Spencer

Hi! My name is Colt. I am a senior at Cornell College. I was born and raised in Laurel, Montana. In my free time I enjoy fishing, hiking, and lifting. I began my fitness journey by playing every sport possible from kindergarten through high school. Interestingly, I began amateur training my freshman year in high school.  I researched different jumping programs and developed program for myself and my fellow teammates. I guess I have always had a knack for assisting others with their goals. This love for an active lifestyle followed me to college where I began lifting more seriously. In as little as six months, I turned myself from 155lb to 190lb at 15% body fat. This journey not only gave me confidence but let me to train others and help them achieve their goals. In 2020 I received my certifications from ISSA as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a specialty in transformations. My goal is to graduate with a degree in Geology and to continue to help others lead a healthy, active lifestyle. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing my clients proud of what they have achieved. We are in this together!
