Lindy Hopp

Hi! My name is Lindy Hopp, and I am a Personal Trainer here at the LBC. My husband and I live just down the road in Solon with our three children. We have always been an active family, playing sports, hiking, kayaking or even flipping tires in the front yard. I have worked in the Fitness industry casually, but I decided that it was time to take my hobby and turn it into a career.  In 2022 I earned my Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Helping others gain strength, confidence and making the activities of daily living easier is so rewarding. Your fitness should be a celebration of what your body can do. Erin Cordes

My name is Erin Cordes and I live in Cedar Rapids. I received my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Iowa State University and  Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa. I am experienced with a great variety of home and gym exercise for strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular fitness. My career has included work in coaching gymnastics, physical therapy in outpatient, homecare and skilled nursing, health coaching and personal training. I believe health and fitness is a life long journey for all of us. My expertise is in meeting you where you are and helping you achieve your next fitness goals.

Bryce Connelly

Hello my name is Bryce Connelly. I am an ISSA certified personal trainer here at the LBC. I am originally from Westfield, WI and in high school I was a football, baseball and basketball player. After high school, I went on to attend Cornell College where I studied English and Theatre & Dance and was a 4 year football player for the Rams. Currently, my girlfriend Hailey and I live here in Mount Vernon with our cat Rufus. I am an enthusiastic motivator with a passion for running and CrossFit. 

My overwhelming passion for fitness, sports and through my own personal struggles with weight loss fueled me to get certified in personal training to help others in their own fitness journeys. I am here to help you with your fitness needs through the balance of hard work, dedication, and maintaining a kind relationship with yourself and food.

Hailey Sieler

Hi! I’m Hailey Sieler, a Personal Trainer here at the LBC. I live here in Mount Vernon with my boyfriend, Bryce, and our cat, Rufus. I originally grew up in Omaha, where I developed my love for fitness through sports, biking, and spending time in the gym. I attended Cornell College, where I earned my degree in Exercise Science and was a four-year starter on the women’s lacrosse team.

My passion for helping others through fitness comes from my own personal health journey. After being diagnosed with PCOS in high school, I struggled for years to find a healthy and sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition. Once I learned how to properly fuel and train my body, I completely transformed my lifestyle and gained confidence both physically and mentally. Because of my experience, I understand how overwhelming starting a fitness journey can feel. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, supported, and empowered while building healthy habits that fit their lifestyle. I love helping people gain strength, confidence, and a better relationship with fitness.
