The LBC 21-Day Healthy Habits Challenge is a complete program for those with a desire to make their health and wellness a priority as we head into the holiday season! You will receive daily nutrition advice, exercise guidance, and lifestyle habit goals that are simple yet impactful in improving your overall health. It will take place from Nov. 2-22 and you will receive professional coaching from your friendly LBC personal trainer and health coach every step of the way! If you’d like to learn a balanced, sustainable approach to healthy living with results that you will feel, this is for you! Complete the challenge for a LBC challenge t-shirt and be entered for prizes!

The challenge will be conducted through a private Facebook page, internet access is required.
